Step 3: Finance

We can recommend tried and tested Finance Specialists that will help you to structure your finance correctly to achieve your goals (but you’re also welcome to use your own Bank or Broker).

Step 4: Paperwork – from contracts through to completion

We co-ordinate all the paperwork for your property purchase and also coordinate everyone required, which includes accountants, conveyancers, solicitors, brokers, banks, valuers and quantity surveyors.  This saves you time, tax and all hassle

Step 5: Property Managers and Tenants

We connect you with our proven local Property Manager to get your property listed and rented in the least amount of time, with the least amount of hassle

Step 6: Ongoing support

As a valued client of Compass Property Investing, you’ll always have access to the Compass Team for any support on your Property or to discuss any aspects of your Investment Strategy

Unlike a number of other Investment Property Companies out there, Compass does not charge you (the Investor) any fees.

Our income is generated from the builder directly, we take no other commissions off anyone else.

What this means for you as an Investor or Home Buyer, is that there are no hidden fees, it’s in our best interest to find you the best quality build, property location, and engage great partners to make the process hassle-free.
